10k Running
Improves cardio and lung performance therefore enhancing endurance. Pick a running speed that is not too fast, the main objective is that you finish the running time specified, so if the programme indicates that you have to run for 2mins then pick a speed that you are able to do that and do not have to stop and walk, walking should only be done when stated.

Keep a note of your speeds as this will help you keep track and increase when necessary.
