About My Website
My website is aimed at people who would like help with their fitness training either through personal training sessions or online. Personal training sessions motivate you to reach your fitness goals, and teach correct techniques to enable effective results safely.

My 1-2-1 sessions are varied and will include anything from boxing to yoga; they will also take place outside of the gym environment too such as on the beach, squash court, running track or in the nearby park.

If you would like any help with your training whether it is weight loss, toning, rehabilitation or even to train for a certain event such as a marathon, or entrance into the forces then give me a call to arrange a free consultation so that we can discuss your needs in more detail. It does not matter how old you are or what your level of fitness is because a fitness programme can be created to suit any individuals needs.

Alternatively, you can join the members section where you can gain access to an exercise library, various training programmes as well as tips and advice on nutrition and diet.

If you do not have access to a gym then try the home and garden workout...

...there is no excuse not to train!
