Dumbbell Frontal Raise
Anterior deltoids
 
1)
Care must be taken with this exercise not to overload the shoulder girdle. Beginners should use light weights, everyone should have full range of movement in shoulder joint

2)
Stand in neutral position, hold Dumbbell in each hand. Exhale as you slowly raise the Dumbbells out in front to slightly higher than should height. Do not lean backwards

3)
Inhale as you lower the weights back to the start postion.
