Stability Ball Torso Twist
Core stability, torso, chest
 
1)
Kneel in front of ball, roll on top of it and then place hands on the floor, roll forward until the ball is just below the ankles, as shown in picture, hands should be wider than shoulder width.


2)
Keeping the upper part of the body still and arms straight, slowly twist the lower body to the left. Return ball to centre and then repeat to right.
